I am very grateful I was introduced to energy work and all the other positive aspects this health practice encompasses. It has enriched my personal life, the lives of my family, my close friends, and the other’s I’ve shared it with. Personally, I have gained a testimony of its usefulness in healing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual areas of my life. Although emotional clearing is an ongoing and continual activity, I have had many experiences, feelings and changes in myself that are a testament to the benefits of this work.

Through energy healing I am now mostly free of pain from a disease called Trigeminal Neuralgia. For my short story, read the post Trigeminal Neuralgia – My Story. Trigeminal Neuralgia is affectionately nicknamed “The Suicide Disease”. However, through the use of this wonderful modality, I have removed the actual root cause of the disease and because of this, the symptom of pain has also been removed from my life. No more pills, no more bandaids to treat the symptom of pain.

I have also gained more control over my thoughts, realizing negative attitudes and feelings that creep up are the tactics of the adversary. Once we are able to get rid of past feelings we internalized long ago, it is easier to recognize those feelings and refuse to allow them place in our minds and hearts.

Removing emotional baggage has also helped me feel the spirit more in my life. The description of an angel sitting on one shoulder and a little devil sitting on the other is very literally true. I’ve been able to see negative thoughts for what they are and cast them off, and embrace the good thoughts of love, joy and gratitude, because those positive feelings are what keep the adversary at bay.

I’m excited to help as many as I can feel the peace and joy I’ve found through emotional release clearing. We all have the proverbial “crap” that needs to be released. Through Christ and his infinite atonement, we can rid ourselves of the baggage dragging us down and fill that new empty space with love, joy and gratitude. This will propel our progression in this life and the life to come.

I am excited to continue my personal quest in learning more about emotional clearing, the different modalities and avenues to helping more people through a more natural approach to healing. We chose the name “Windows of Healing” because some of us may feel a door is closed when defeated by physical, emotional, spiritual or mental problems, but God will always open a window to healing. The hardest part is finding the window!

I am happy to be a member of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and bask in the knowledge that Christ is my personal friend and confidant. That through him and by him, we can rid the emotions of our past, be forgiven for things we’ve done, and move forward in His Light. His greatest achievement will be to influence you enough that you accept the atonement in your life and live your life parallel to His.

Let’s try a little harder to do a little better – Gordon B. Hinckley

I am also grateful to know that the adversary is all around us. There is no sitting on the fence. We are either on the Lord’s side or we are fighting for the adversary. I’ve been able to learn that the war in heaven isn’t over. It’s being raged right around us every day of our lives. We need to recognize each time we make a choice inconsistent with Christ’s teachings, we allow Satan to get a little better grip on us, thus winning that war little by little. Gordon B. Hinckley put it wonderfully, “Let’s try a little harder to do a little better”.
